Description:
 The Graham's Diet was developed in the 1830s by Sylvester Graham, who was the creator of Graham Crackers. Graham's Diet consists of consuming bland foods with lots of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and were to be eaten in small quantities 2 times a day. Spices, meat, alcohol, tobacco and even pepper are banned in the Graham's Diet.
