Description:
The Young Plan was yet another plan to help reduce the amount Germany owed. After the total amount went down because of Dawe's Plan, the Young Plan further brought it down to 121,000,000,000 Reichsmarks. This plan also got rid of foreign control over German economy. Unemployment rates continued to rise and in 1931 Germany decided to stop paying.
