Description:
The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—a single level of certification—was established. At this time there was a requirement of a master degree which had 60 semester hours in a specific area. 275 clock hours with 9 month of supervised full time employment which needed a letter from the candidates academic program. Clinical Fellowship supervisors were required to be ASHA-certified.
