mar 13, 1920 - The Kapp Putsch

Description:

Many ex-soldiers joined the Freikorps, an unofficial force. The Allies were concered by these growing forces.
In March 1920, the government attempted to disband these forces. However, one Freikorps unit led by Kapp marched into Berlin and declared a new national government, they wanted the Kaiser back.
The government fled to Dresden but ordered a national strike. This prevented the Putsch from being able to spread their message without any public services.
However, no one was ever punished.
