Description:

This act provided vocational training and some funding for Natives to leave reservations and move to certain cities. Some of the benefits to that were more freedom, better home conditions, and a rise of activism. Some difficulties were leaving traditional reservation homeland, family and culture, not many job oppertunities or advancment, and urban isolation.
