In a move to better unite all the newly acquired territories of the Oipientian Empire, Wodov Laporot decided to form a new union under the name of legendary King Javik Karmen. By removing the Oipientian name, the now extremely diverse empire presented as a more accepting entity of non-Oipientian peoples.

In an address given to a massive crowd in Kueplios, Wodov said: "My people of this great empire!
