Trey decided to form a new band called "Ghosts of the Forest" made up of him, Jon Fishman, Jennifer Hartswick, Celisse Henderson, Tony Markellis, and Ray Paczkowski. They released an album in April 2019 that bears the same name as the band, and went on a tour to play all the songs written for the album, including those that didn't make the cut.
It is a profound album that shows Trey at a very contemplative part of his life. To learn more about it, I strongly recommend watching his documentary "Between Me and My Mind".
