Prince Kevin Jackson and the Primogen of Chicago declare a Commaratio in Chicago to populate and reclaim territory lost to the Sabbat, Lupines, and Anarchs in the last decade.

Under this ancient pact, Kindred may come to be acknowledged and given stewardship and domain for fealty (with several layers of checks and balances).

Other Camarilla cities support this effort, hoping a renewed Chicago will give the Camarilla a new future with the destruction of London and Paris--which had served as the center of the vampire world for centuries.
