The Xbox One is ironically the third in the Xbox family and is successor to the Xbox 360. The Xbox One controller was redesigned slightly but stayed similar enough to the 360's so that those who have played the 360 could stay comfortable with any small changes. Furthermore, the console offered an optional Kinect which was, like the controllers, redesigned. The problem with the Xbox One was that at first there were many issues that buyers spoke up about, including the menus being nonintuitive, however updates we rolled out to satisfy these outcries. The Xbox One still had some exclusives to it's name, including Halo 5. The PS4 also had it's own exclusives, which led to debates over which platform had better exclusives.
