Description:
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES for short) was released as a predecessor to the NES. The SNES introduced better graphics because it was a 16-bit consoles. This allowed higher quality details and smoother quality of gameplay. Iconic games for the SNES included The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Super Mario World which became some of the most popular games on the system. Strong games like these improved sales and increased demand for games of the same genre.
