Members of the Volksfront targeted a black homeless man so that a member of their Washington based chapter could earn a symbol denoting they had drawn blood.

The attackers repeatedly kicked and beat baseball bats over Randall Townsend's head. One member going so far as to drop a 40 pound rock over Randall Townsend's head.

Townsend would be in a coma for 20 days before passing away due to complications resulting from the attack.
