The day I saw Demi Lovato live was a very special day. It was my first concert and one of the best experiences I've had. I eventually got to the front row and was able to be super close to someone I'd looked up to (and continue to do so years later).

When she performed "Warrior" off of her self-titled album at the Microsoft opening show in Burlington, I cried. The lyrics resonate so deeply with me and I admire Demi Lovato for being so real about the struggles many people face daily.

My middle school years were what prepared me for and started the most defining years of my life- being a teenager. Having a role model like Demi Lovato was really important. She helped me know that I wasn't alone.
