Description:

General Brock the British Military commander was in charge of defending Upper Canada. General Brock and his Troops knew it was necessary that the St. Lawrence River was to remain open for all the supplies and ammunition from the British Army. There were only 5000 British Troops to guard the Border. Britain was at war in Europe. While the war was going on there were only 100,000 people in Upper Canada.
