Franklin Roosevelt was the only president to serve for 12 years, this was due to WWII. FDR introduced economic policies and programs that injected funds into the economy. He was a partner of John Maynard Keynes. His new deal was there for when the economy entered a recession the people would get cash flow through alphabet agencies made by the new deal. 1933-1945, USA
