She was also the first biracial, she is mixed with Caucasian and African American. Meghan Markle and Price Harry made sure that there wedding was unique and not like all traditional wedding. This nontraditional royal wedding was important to both British and American citizens. British citizens were excited to see some new twist in the wedding. It was many historical first to happen in this wedding such as a new location which was the Windsor Castle, Having the wedding on a weekend (Saturday) instead of a weekday, and also having a smaller guest list of 1,200.
