jan 12, 1944 - Bruno, Gretel and Mother decide to go back to Berlin
Description:
Mother has fights with father and is lonely after Lieutenant Kotler left, she has increased the amount of afternoon naps she has and also dinks a lot more of her 'Medicinal Sherrys'. Mother is not happy at all and wants to go back to Berlin. Bruno and gretel have a talk with father, he asks them about moving back to Berlin, He says "Maybe this is not a place for children."
Bruno is unsure if he wants to go back to Berlin because he doesn't know what's home anymore because he's used to Auschwitz and has Bruno as his best freind. In fact, Bruno doesn't even remember his 3 best friends' names anymore.
