Roe v. Wade was a court cased over abortion. It legalized abortions but limited them. From 0-3 months, you can get an abortion easily. Fro, 4-6 months, you can get an abortion so long as you have a reason. From 7-9 months, you can only get an abortion through extenuating circumstances, such as risk to the mother's health.
