Portable Synthesizers, Robert Moog invented synthesizers in the late 60’s but they were too big to have. He then went on to create the Minimoog which is a more compactable synth, it was advertised as “the size of an electric office typewriter.” The Minimoog is a monophonic synth, which means it could only play on note at a time.
