nov 1, 1956 - Radical reform and Independance

Description:

In response to some returning Soviet military, Nagy withdrew from the Warsaw Pact and declared Hungary an independent, neutral State.
Over the next few days, Nagy decided to meet growing demands of revolutionaries and embraced democracy (much like the government post-war), releasing political prisoners and introducing freedom of the press.
