Description:

During WWII, the Chinese nationalist/Communist had agreed for the time to stop their civil war and focus more to facing the threat posed by the Japanese. The two joined what was an uneasy alliance against the Japanese. Japan eventually surrendered in 1945. But soon after, a fight broke over between the Nationalist and Communist and the civil war was back on. As the war went on the Nationalist got weaker.
