After North Koreans attack, Truman asked the UN Security Councils to have an "police action". The Soviet Union, who were boycotting, could not veto Truman's request. After getting passed, there was assemblable of UN army in Korea which overwhelmed America. This gave UN forces control of Seoul.Added to timeline:
