But then the laws were repealed after colonial protests and then slavery boomed
Adopted South Carolina’s harsh slave code (but it was unnecessary)
Slaves in Georgia didn’t outright rebel, they fled to FL or sabotaged their masters
Slave owners in Georgia put their slaves in the militia to punish them
