Description:
In the 1950s, the U.S. government set off nuclear weapons above ground near Los Vegas. They didn't know what the radiation might do so they tracked it where the wind blew. The people who were in its path were called downwinders. It caused an increase in cancer and thousands of women suffered miscarriage after miscarriage.
