The proportions of the column, base and capital are considered along with stylized characteristics of the entablatures, column shaft and decorative adornments.The types of orders are: Doric, Tuscan, Ionic, Corinthian and Composite. The Tuscan and Composite being adapted by the Romans, from the Greeks.
