There is evidence that other cities were also established at this time, but none are directly mentioned.
For instance, the city of Morianton borders Lehi, and both bordered the East Sea. This indicates that Morianton was also first established in this time.
Then, when Amalikiah comes at the head of his armies he takes amny cities that are on the East by the seashore. These include Mulek, Omner, and Gid.
Then there are those cities that were on the west. It is stated that Moroni cleared the wilderness on the East and the West, and so those cities that are later described as on the west were also likely built up at this time.
These cities likely include Judea, Antiparah, and Cumeni, as well as others.
