Description:
A rapidly-growing new group with now over 70 "citizens" by the name of "The Rimland Republic" has their spawn town griefed by _LostSouls and Whirlwinddd, the former of which seems to have griefed out of rage of Whirlwinddd's initial grief. A new town at +63k -71k is created, but is also griefed within 4 days. Stadtholder mike120500 begins decentralization as outlined in the Republic's constitution
