In 1890's the Sultan Abdul Hamid II is extremely irritated and angry about how well the Armenian community is doing and how wealthy and educated they are despite everything against them. Also because they are starting a movement to gain more social and political freedoms in turkey. Abdul sends an attack party to an Armenian Cities and they destroy and ransacked all their villages. Hundreds of thousands of people died during the raids. They did this for two years they called the program Box on Ear. For more years this kept going on and didnt stop until 1896 they called these the Hammid massacures.
