13h 15min, jan 30, 1933 y - Hitler's Rise to Power

Description:

As being a veteran of a nation that lost the Great War, Adolf Hitler rose from a nobody to the Fuhrer of Germany. After WW1, Hitler joined the German Worker's Party, and became a popular figure within the political group through his speeches. On July 29, 1921, Hitler becomes the chairman of the party and renames it to the National Socialist German Worker's Party (NSDAP). On November 9, 1923, Hitler and a WW1 hero, General Ludendorff, led a small group of followers and staged a coup in order gain power by force, known as the Beer Hall Putsch. This failed and resulted in Hitler being imprisoned for 2 years. During his time in incarceration, he wrote a book, known as Mein Kampf, which was a manifesto for Nazi ideology, and is considered a blueprint for Hitler's future plans for Germany. After his release, Hitler and his party became unpopular, but due to the Great Depression, and Hitler's powerful speeches, he became the German Chancellor on January 30, 1933.
