Description:
The company RCA Victor released the common form of vinyl the 7- inch or 45, the names come from the standard size of the record 7-inches and the play speed of 45 rpm. When the record where released they were in a mono audio format with recordings on either side of the discs. Later on in the late 60s when stereo had become more popular the majority if not all 45rpm records were produced in stereo.
