Paine’s pamphlet “Common Sense” was published on January 10, 1776, which was made to encourage people to fight against Britain. It was very persuasive and boosted people’s morale and want for independence. This pamphlet was very good at it’s job and inflamed the revolution even more. It was a major factor for the revolution as it was one of the best pieces of literature that impacted the war so much.
