At the end of the first Continental Congress, they threatened that if the Intolerable Acts were not repealed they would meet again. On May 10, 1775, the group of men held another meeting and by then the American Revolution already started. The congress managed financing the wr by asking the colonies to contribute to different aspects of the war.
