Description:
On December 16, 1773, a party of Sons of Liberty colonist came together dressed up as Mohawk Indians and dumped 342 containers of tea into the Boston Harbor as a way to protest against the Tea Act. Before the Boston Tea Party, the Sons of Liberty, already started a ban against British Goods. The Americans decided to fight back by starting protest and creating the First Continental Congress. After the Boston Tea Party the battle of Lexington and Concord followed along with the Thomas Paine’s Common Sense.
