Description:
After the defeat at Boaz the Nephites were completely routed. They fled from before the Lamanites, and as the Nephite armies moved through the land they evacuated all the towns and villages that they passed through. All the people were in desperation to get out of the path of destruction that the Lamanites were cutting across the land.
