Alexander III, better known as Alexander the Great becomes King of Macedon and later King of all of Greece. Alexander would lead conquests across the near east (most notably destroying the Persian Empire) until his early death in 323 BC. Alexander's Death also marked the end of the Greek Classical age and the beginning of the Hellenistic Age in not only Greece but many of the other places he conquered (most notably Egypt).Added to timeline:
