Description:

-french leave cambodia and laos and these countries will be neutral and noninterfence
- divide vietnam at 17th parallel
-n. viet. = ho chi minh communists
- s.viet. = french occupation for two years
- in two years there will be national elections and reunification
- u.s. did not sign but said it will follow accords as long as ussr and china abides by them (ussr and china immediately supply ho chi minh)
