Description:
The Confederates go in confident they'll win the battle because Robert E. Lee had just led his army to victory at the Battle of Chancellorsville, Virginia in May. Nine of the 120 generals at Gettysburg die, more than at any other battle. It is at this site that the Gettysburg Address will be given- a two minute speech to honor those who died there.
