Description:
After the mists of darkness had lifted the people began to recover. They searched out their loved ones and buried those whom they could find. They traveled home or to those places where their families lived. They witnessed the changes that had taken place on the land.
After a time there were many of the faithful who began to gather at the temple in Bountiful. They joined together in prayer and worship, and showed, or told each other of the great change that had occurred across the land.
In the midst of this multitude there was suddenly a voice heard. It was a mild voice, but the people did not understand it. It is also worth noting that it was only heard by those at Bountiful, while the voice that announced the destruction was heard by all the lands of the Nephites.
The voice was heard a second time, and the people still did not understand what it was saying, but by this time they were all turning their attention to it. So, when it spoke the third time they looked to the heavens and opened their ears, and this time they understood what it said.
It was the voice of Heavenly Father, and it declared unto them "Behold my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him."
When this was said the people saw Christ descend from the Heavens and stand in the midst of the multitude.
What Christ taught the people during this visit is far to great to be contained in this timeline. So I will give a list of highlights. His visit lasted for three days, with him ascending back into heaven at the end of each day, to return the next morning.
After Christ ascended on the first day the people spent the night sending word throughout all the land round about that Christ would return the next day. So, on the second day the multitude was much greater than it had been the first day.

He called and commissioned the twelve Nephite Disciples.
Teaches Sermon on the Mount.
Declares Law of Moses Fulfilled.
Teaches of the Other Sheep.
Heals the sick and injured, blesses children, and prays for the people.
Institutes Sacrament.
The 12 are Baptized and teach the people. They are encircled by fire and angels minister to them.
Christ returns and teaches the people. He prays with words that cannot be uttered by man.
Provides Sacrament miraculously.

Commands that the words of Samuel the Lamanite be added to the record.
