Description:
By the beginning of this year the church was completely broken up throughout all the land. There were only a few small pockets among the Lamanites the preserved the true faith. Thus, less than ten years after the powerful preaching of Lachoneus and Gidgiddoni, and the lifting of the curse from the Lamanites, the people had returned to a state of wickedness and unbelief.
