Description:
The last overland supply line to Washington D.C. was through Maryland, and during this time Marylands loyalty was questionable. This forced Lincoln issued an order to General Winfield Scott allowing him to suspend Habeas Corpus if need be. He supported his decision by saying the state was in rebellion therefore allowing him to override Habeas CorpusAdded to timeline:
