Description:

The Oort Cloud is the outer shell of the solar system that contains icy objects and comets. It is classified in the trans-neptunian region. A interesting fact that many may not know is that it is not certain how many objects are in the Oort Cloud but there is an estimate of it being 2 trillion. Also it is believed that long period comets originated from the Oort Cloud. Furthermore, there are two regions in the Oort Cloud which are the spherical outer part and the the inner disc shaped part.
