nov 28, 30 BC - Land Returned
Description:
After the great missionary work among the Lamanites, the people not only abandoned their false traditions, but also gave up their hatred of the Nephites. When a sufficient number of Lamanites were converted, and had a desire to make restitution for the many wrongs they had committed against the Nephites, they willingly surrendered all the lands they had taken in war.
So, four years after conquering the great city of Zarahemla, the Lamanites surrendered it back to the Nephites in an effort to atone for their actions and repent of their sins.
