Eris is the second largest dwarf planet in the Solar System. Eris was named after the Greek goddess of strife and discord. It only has one moon, Dysnomia. It takes Eris 8 hours to spin on its acis and 557 years to orbit around the Sun. Eris' orbit takes it out far away from the region of the Kuiper Belt. Eris is -380 degrees Fahrenheit and it's 96.4 AU from the Sun.
