Description:

We were told to clean our room completely by the time my mom left for work. Of course being the lazy child i was i didn't clean up. When i got a call from my mom on the home phone she said she was on her way. So I ran to my room and shoved everything in my closet even though she said clean it thoroughly. So this would relate to Lawrence Kohlberg's preconventional stage 1 because i am doing whatever it takes to avoid punishment from my mother.
