The fall of France, Russia and their allies in the Balkans reduced the Entente to the British Empire, Japan and Portugal. While none of these countries were under direct German threat, none were able to pose a threat to Germany likewise. The battle between Germany and Britain continued for two more years by proxy, in Ireland and elsewhere, while the otherwise victorious Central Powers divided up their conquests.
--Serbia cedes Macedonia to Bulgaria and the rest of its territory will be annexed by Austria outright.
--Albania is have to accept Austrian-Hungarian oversight in most of its domestic and foreign affairs.
--Montenegro will be annexed by Austria outright.
--France have to ceded Dahomey, Cote D'Ivoire, Madagascar, French Morocco, all of French Equatorial Africa south of Lake Chad, Pondicherry, Indochina, her Pacific colonies, and the rest of Lorraine to Germany. Savoy, Corsica, Nice and French Tunisia will be ceded to Italy. A 50-km wide de-militarized zone will be established on both Franco-German Border and Franco-Italian Border, France also have to pay France's war indemnity of ten billion francs to both Germany and Italy. France have to accepts the responsibility of France and her allies for causing all the loss and damage to the Central Powers and their nationals.
--Belgium will be reorganised into the Kingdom of Flanders-Wallonia, with the Kaiser's son Adalbert becoming the new king. The Belgian Congo will be given to Germany, and Wallonia east of the Meuse would be occupied as long as the German government deemed necessary.
--The Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg would become a constituent state of the German Empire.
-- This Treaty will reaffirm the terms of the "1915 Treaty of Vienna", the "Treaty of Brest-Litovsk", the "1918 Treaty of Bucharest", the "Treaty of Batum" and the "Treaty of Salonika".
