feb 5, 1935 - 1935: Piaf was discovered by Louis Leplee and he had owned a successful club called Le Gerny off the Champs- Elysees. Her nervous energy that night gave her the nickname of "The Little Sparrow". She was popular enough to then have made 2 albums that same year.
