may 10, 1919 - Routledge starts the investigation
Description:
Assistant Commissioner Routledge writes to Superintendent Horrigan regarding the whereabouts of John Wilson and his wife, at request of Polly's sister Elizabeth. Although initially Horrigan initially wrote back that his wife, who at this time was actually Jessie, was living with him, Sergeant Cather was quick to notice the photo sent was not that of John's current wife, and the investigation into her disappearance started.
