jun 6, 55 BC - Hagoth

Description:

Hagoth is described as a curious man. He was a master ship builder and is the first mentioned to have constructed a large, passenger ship. While it is likely that smaller boats for shipping had been in use for some time, this was first time passenger ships seem to be used.

It also seems that Hagoth was inspired in this due to the northern migration that had started earlier that year. His purpose was to make that migration easier.

His first ship was a success. It traveled north with many passengers, dropped them off, and then returned later the next year.
