Description:
When the Nephites learned that Teancum had been killed they mourned for him. But they also prepared for battle the next day.
When the Lamanites learned that Ammoron had been killed, they feared greatly what would happen.
The next day the battle commenced, but the Lamanites were not so willing to fight anymore. They soon gave up the field and fled back to there own lands.
The war was over. It had lasted 7 years, and while the Nephites had suffered much in the early years, they had emerged the victors, with all their lands still in their possession.
