Description:

In the waning months of the civil war, PM Alexandra Silvestro, certain that the loyalists will come out victorious, signs an executive order abolishing the parliament, replacing it with an advisory board. The loyalists are transferred to the new board, and what few opposition members remain (including Simón Alexoui) are banished, arrested, or successfully flee the country.
