The gut wrenching festival held in Coventry, VT before Phish would break up for 5 years (though at the time, seemingly for good) due to personal problems within the band (Trey had gotten addicted to opiates and alcohol after doing too many hard drugs in the late 90s, in which the 2.0 era became known as the "oxy years" for OxyContin. A lot of the jams were still top notch, but both the fans and the band agreed that they were becoming much more inconsistent, and so they decided to call a quits).
Over 65,000 people attended, originally 110,000 were expected, but flooding and the muddy festival grounds had made it impossible to let so many cars in.
The video is a clip from the last 12 minutes of Trey's interview with Charlie Rose a couple months before the festival, covering his thoughts on their past and why they were breaking up.
